Designer Rotem Zakai (hereinafter: the “Designer” or the “Operator”), who operates the website rotemzakai.com (hereinafter: the “Website”), is committed to making her services accessible to the general public, including persons with disabilities, in accordance with the provisions of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998 (hereinafter: the “Equal Rights Law”), the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services), 2013 (hereinafter: the “Regulations”), and Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) (hereinafter: the “International Accessibility Standard”).
The Website and application were developed with the objective of providing the highest possible level of accessibility for persons with disabilities, through the implementation of technological and organizational measures designed to facilitate the use of the digital services provided by the Operator.
By clicking the accessibility button, an accessibility menu will open, providing access to the accessibility plugin (which includes a detailed user guide), designed to assist users with disabilities in navigating and using the Website. The accessibility features include, among others:
- Adjusting font size (increase/decrease);
- Converting screen colors to grayscale;
- Adjusting contrast settings (high/low);
- Changing the background to a light display mode;
- Highlighting links;
- Enabling a more readable font.
The Website does not provide in-person services and does not receive visitors at a physical location.
